equipment in order to perform their best, be it racing at the professional level or just play riding for fun. Tom is known for his ability to communicate with riders and their crew in a way that allows even non-mechanically inclined individuals to understand what makes their machines work the way they do, and most importantly, how to make them better, and how to maintain that level of performance.
