Suspension is the key
to every riders sucess and that is why we are here
to help. Having worked in the suspension industry since 1994, Mike started working for various companies and riders then continuing
to American S
howa R&D and assigned
to the Fac
tory Honda mo

There is a difference between MB1 and other suspension companies. Our In-Depth knowledge of testing, production test projects, performance parts and works kits are unmatched in the Industry. We s
tock everything from performance parts, wear parts, springs
to high performance low friction coatings.
Our location in Corona,Ca puts us in the middle of the mo
tocross Industry and some of the best testing tracks around. We have committed
to a large number of events for AMA pro racing Supercross, Mo
tocross, and some of the Large Amateur events. This dedication and commitment
to these events makes our company the best at what it does. Whether it be technical advice or a revalve question on setup, that is our dedication
to you!
MB1 Suspension is not your typical Large employee staff
to get the job done correctly. This is what MB1 calls a assembly line process that we do not believe in. You get hands on Valving work done from MB1 and his experience with suspension components. Each revalve is suited
to each cus
tomer and
to the applications need and request.
With this type of dedicated work, you dont get some average guy valving your forks and shocks going off what they learned in their suspension experience.. Most of the times with these big companies, they are kids out in the field trying
to come up with valve settings that dont work in the real world... MB1 Has more Professional 250cc 2 stroke & 450cc 4 Stroke AMA SX and MX Championships than any other suspension company in the Industry! We know
how to Win Championships!
We also have A 35ft suspension support truck that goes
to all the SX and MX races, local races, and Local MX tracks for suspension support for each cus
tomer. Please check our website for testing days and call
to make a scheduled appointment
today..
Hi Quality OEM Parts are used only in your suspension including Oem Fluids.. Safety of the machine is also increased for riders safety for proper parts and
tools for dissembly and reassembly.MB1...The Very Best!

The Best Suspension, and more!
The United States enters a new era in many aspects, especially the way companies look at the economy as it relates
to their industry and individuals like yourself when considering
how to spend your hard earned money. Fac
tory Connection has been preparing for 2010 and beyond for over 20 years since its inception in 1988. Our Mission:
to provide quality workmanship and the best suspension performance, products and cus
tomer/technical support resulting in The Best Suspension. PERIOD.
Fac
tory Connection realizes there are many choices when choosing a suspension company. You should consider a number of variables when choosing the correct company for your suspension needs. This is why we focus on several key initiatives that will result in 1 common goal for you and us...The Best Suspension. PERIOD.
Experience/Testing – Fac
tory Connection is a team of over 30 employees with over 150 years of suspension industry experience. Each individual’s creativity, knowledge and ideas are utilized
to create the best working personalized suspension settings for each cus
tomer. The primary difference with Fac
tory Connection suspension is… we look at the entire system design of the Forks, Shock and chassis in order
to enhance qualities and eliminate original weaknesses.
Every setting is created off of countless hours of testing that encompasses input and effort from at least 5 of our technical team leaders. Most companies have 1, maybe 2 technicians creating settings. Fac
tory Connection has 5 professionals with local, national, Canadian and world championships
to their credit. The result is a suspension component that has been modified
to provide you with the most consistent, controlled, predictable and confidence inspiring performance available in the marketplace.
Innovation/Re-design – The Research and Development department continued
to pursue not only new and innovative ideas, but also
to re-design and improve the performance products we offer. Fac
tory Connection Fork and Shock springs continue
to lead the industry in quality, consistency, fitment and performance.
Our R&D engineer and manufacturing managers have developed two new series of springs (ALS series Shock spring for 09 CRF450R & 09 KXF450, LLS series Fork springs for 09 CRF450) and re-designed virtually every model spring we make. Some of our Shock springs are now up
to 13% lighter (290 grams) and we have durability tested up
to 500,000 cycles when the OEM standard is 200,000 cycles.
Our Fork springs are designed specifically for your fork type and do NOT require any spacers like many of our competi
tor’s springs. Fac
tory Connection designs our springs
to meet high standards and they must pass 2 Quality Assurance inspections before we approve any production run.
Another excellent example is the KTM/WP Reservoir Bladder kit. We innovated this product in 2000. In 2003 we changed the original 52mm model and designed it
to work on the 2003 KTM’s. For 2009 we have re-designed
to offer more volume which provides smoother action, cooler shock temperatures and less shock fade.
Cus
tomer Service – Our cus
tomers past, present and future are our #1 priority. Fac
tory Connection’s mission is not only
to meet, but
to exceed your expectations. As each of us reflect back on the previous years, we are amazed at
how many of our cus
tomers have also become our friends. The Fac
tory Connection team culture is
to treat you not just as a cus
tomer, but more importantly as an off-road mo
torcycling friend.
Turn Around Time – The majority of the year our suspension service turn around time is 1-2 business days. We enjoy riding and racing as much as you do. This is the reason we employ the most experienced technicians and cus
tomer service professionals in the industry. For those critical situations we offer expedited service. Call us
to schedule guaranteed same day suspension service at no extra charge.
Thank you for considering and choosing us as your suspension company.

The Crusty Demons are a group of daredevil mo
torcyclists from the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.
This all started in 1994 when filmmakers Jon Freeman and Dana Nicholson had been accumulating footage
to s
howcase a behind the scenes expose of the lifestyle of an American pro mo
tocross rider in action, 145ft plus jumps, 45ft high in the air soaring over sand dunes, mountains, houses, buses and anything else secure and steep enough
to hold the weight of bike and rider.
The end result was Fleshwound Films and the first video Crusty Demons of Dirt . The launch of this video was
to change the face of mo
tocross and create a sport that has become the most popular of all extreme sports
today, Freestyle Mo
tocross (FMX) .
Fleshwound Films spent two years gathering footage for the first mo
tocross film and 1994 saw the release of Crusty Demons of Dirt . The excitement and hysteria the film created was phenomenal and its success brought about a lot of poachers. Although others were out there trying
to create mo
tocross videos, none managed
to achieve quite the same impact that Crusty had. Following the success of the first film, Crusty 2 was premiered 18 months later. Sales exceeded expectations and tripled from the first video as the Crusty phenomenon began spreading worldwide. What was somewhat a stagnant sport had received a positive injection of interest and proved its worthiness of being s
howcased Internationally. People began buying the clothing worn by their heroes (Fleshgear) and thousands around the world were getting bikes and heading for the racetrack, mountains, sand dunes and the sky.
It was only
to grow bigger. With the release of Crusty 3 in 1997 and the videos and sport still booming with popularity, freestyle mo
tocross pioneers Lofty and Brian Jordan went
to Fleshwound Films with the idea of staging a freestyle mo
tocross competition. Four months later the first competition was held in Las Vegas. This new side of the sport was looked down upon by the industry and many people said it would go nowhere - the excitement amongst the fans indicated that they strongly disagreed.
Before long FMX was introduced as a new sport in the 99 X games in San Francisco and was given worldwide exposure through ESPN television. FMX was then stamped as the king of Extreme, becoming the number one sport at the X Games.
Competition requires riders
to travel a course for 90 seconds performing as many tricks as possible, which are judged by a panel. Usually about 10 jumps are completed in this time bracket and riders compete for prize money.
Fleshwound Films undoubtedly played a crucial part in the evolution of the sport, they are still shooting Crusty Films
today and recently released the 10th instalment titled – Crusty X – A Decade of Dirt. They have successfully implemented their vision in
to the industry, introducing the world
to their friends and lifestyles whilst creating gods in the stars of their video series. A highlight for them has been coming up with such a unique idea; planning
to make it happen and seeing it grow beyond their vision internationally. Travelling
to film in Australia, Japan, Brazil, Africa and Peru
to name a few, has meant Fleshwound Films created 'The National Geographic of mo
tocross'.

VELOCITY GEAR is a small family business dedicated
to the passion of two-wheeled mo
torsports. Started from the necessity
to provide our family "real world" cost effective safety solutions. We don't advertise in Mo
torcycle Magazines or spend thousands of dollars at Mo
torcycle Trade S
hows. We prefer
to put our money in
to product development and testing while pursuing European CE standards for Mo
torcycle Clothing. Current Mo
torcycling apparel built by the largest companies in the Industry do not see CE testing as a defining aspect of product development.
As mo
torcycle enthusiasts, we believe Safety = SPEED. Your ability
to progress on a mo
torcycle is directly related
to your ability
to withstand the forces of impact that come with progression. We're serious about progression both in riding and product development.
